Compression socks sure help...

I fought wearing compression socks for a long time. It was a lot easier to deny that the circulation in my legs was getting poorer than to acquiesce and start treating it. But oh man what a difference the compression has made. I actually look forward to throwing on my Fox River socks and shoes and getting on to that day's work because they make me feel so much younger and more alive. These work socks are especially nice because they increase circulation all the way up my calves, as opposed to lower socks that merely treat the ankles. It's a strange feeling at first, but it definitely increases my mobility and verve. I highly recommend these because a) they're compression socks, and good ones at that, and b) they're well priced.
