Bought these boots as I am a high voltage electrician. As in previous posts and reviews I also experienced no break in period for these Thorogood boots. They are extremely comfortable and built like a tank. They are a bit heavier then redwings and other similar styled boots yet the comfortable insoles and the stitching and durability of the boot makes it worth the few ounces more per boot. I would've rated this 5 stars however one thing I literally just found out is that these boots are NOT waterproof or even water resistant. If the toe is submerged for even the slightest moment your feet will be wet, I still would recommend these boots to any person needing a composite toe and needs a comfortable durable work boot! Don't hesitate and just buy!

Just got these Thorogood boots the other day. Could not be happier. No break in, look good and feel better. The sizing was right on. Customer service was great when I placed my order. One of the best customer service reps I've dealt with.
