Good for knee pain...

My brother loves these insoles. He has chronic knee pain and they have helped him not have as much pain on a daily basis. They are a very good cushion layer between his feet and the ground, and they absorb moisture and wick it away really efficiently. Although they are half a size small for his feet, they still do the job well. And although you never see them, the color is nice as well. I would recommend these Sof Sole Insoles to anyone who has knee pain or wants their shoes to be more comfortable when walking.
