Great warm weather work boots...

These are my choice work boots for summer. They're exceptionally light for how durable they are, and the waterproofing helps keep the contents of those muddy construction site puddles on the ground and off my feet. The reinforced heel is especially nice because it provides both ankle support and structural reinforcement for the Carhartt boots, and the padded ankle keeps the shoe surprisingly comfortable and fitting well on your ankle. Since it's a lower boot, it keeps your lower legs from getting sweaty, and although it's not specifically designed to wick out moisture, I've found that it does a good job (paired with some moisture wicking socks) of keeping my feet dry while I'm working. Great quality, great design, great Carhartt work boots. A+.
