Worth the extra cost over standard scrubs, but no reverse pocket...

I was hesitant to buy a pair at first when I saw that these scrubs are 1/2 nylon, but when I got them, I was pleasantly surprised by the fit and comfort of these scrubs. They've held up very well after many washes, much better than the standard linen scrubs my hospital provides. I got them initially because of the triple stitching, which are the reason for their longevity.
