Fleece is phenominal...

Really great material, very comfortable great water resistance-really saved me when I was caught in a rain storm, but if you're a hardcore climber or hiker this probably isn't for you since it doesn't cinch at the wast or wrists. Also feel the mesh pockets should be enclosed, but I really do love this Filson coat for cruising around a cold, wintry city. The fleece is thicker and therefore warmer than expected so that was a pleasant surprise. And the pocket is practically indestructible, I unknowingly put a slightly opened pocket knife into the front pocket and there was no cutting at all. Just a great jacket all-around.
