warms and wicks...

As advertised, this thermal shirt from Helly Hansen is very warm and wicks moisture away from the body. However, I prefer merino wool thermals for their antibacterial (read: anti-odor) properties. Compared to merino, this thermal starts to stink after fewer wears. With that said: this thermal holds its shape better than a comparable merino wool thermal and it can be washed in the washing machine. Overall, it is a great product, especially if you're going to be sweating a lot.
