Wrangler Shirts: RAL08 DM Men's Stonewashed Cotton Denim Work Shirt

This shirt fit great right out of the shipping package. Then we washed it in warm water and dried it on a regular setting. The sleeves shrank about 1 1/2 inches in length. Working Person's Store Customer Service said never to wash a shirt in warm water but to always use cold water. So I ordered an identical shirt, washed it in cold water and dried it on "air only" no heat. After an hour, it still wasn't dry, so we put it on a hanger and let it dry overnight. After wearing it a second time, I washed it again in cold water, but dried it on the "ultra low" heat setting. Again, the sleeves shrank. Working Person's Store personnel were gracious about it and will refund the purchase price after I return the shirts. Great customer service! I would not recommend this particular shirt because of the shrinkage problem. I do like the feel and look of these denim shirts, however, so I will try a more expensive model and see how that works out. Maybe I'm supposed to order a larger size to allow for shrinkage, but that information does not appear in the catalog or on the shirt tag.
