Works great, only for clothing...

I love Sawyer Insect Repellant! I spray it on all of my clothes before hiking and it repels ticks really well. It also kills bed bugs and lice, so I always make sure to bring this smaller size bottle with me when I know that I'm going to be staying in a hotel or hostel to spray the sheets and pillowcases. In case the description is unclear: this is only for clothing. It will not work to repel bugs when sprayed on skin. Also, it will only last 6 weeks and 6 washes if it is hand washed: the agitation of a washing machine will wash this off your clothes faster than 6 washes. Overall, it's a great product and very worthwhile! The only disadvantage is that it has an unpleasant odor, but pretty much all insect repellant has an odor and you put up with it.
