These boots are somewhat wider than the normal timberland pro style I have enjoyed (4 previous pairs). My biggest complaint is the "lace-up" system; the "ankle-lock" loop sits right on my ankle bone and rubs somewhat severe. one of my co-workers bought the same boot and has the same problem with the ankle-lock loop sitting on the ankle bone. Other than that these are just marginal for my comfort wishes especially the price.

So far so good...

I usually buy the non waterproof titan because they are light weight. These are fine so far, not as comfortable yet but think they will be as I wear them. I work in a lot of mud and think they will hold up well. I also like the way they lace up. These are my 4th pair of Timberland boots, which should say something.

Most comfortable work boots I've found...

I'm on my feet about 16 hours a day at the machine shop and on the farm. I have tried many different work boots through the years and these Timberland Pro boots are the most comfortable ones that I have found. I didn't have to spend that extra time breaking these work boots in because they are already so comfortable the first time you throw them on your feet, even if you're spending long hours standing. They have great arch support and a very cushy insole support. The only thing that would make these better is making them waterproof. I would highly recommend these shoes to any one who has considered trying Timberland Pro work boots.
