I am a town highway employee and I bought a pair of these boot 7 months ago for work. They were very comfotable but wore out very quick. Now I have holes worn into the soles around where the 'Dura Shock' area is in the heel and the thin rubber tread/sole piece glued on the bottom is peeling off leaving my feet cold and wet at the end of the day. I did notice in other reviews on this site and others that Wolverine has had the same problem with other styles of Dura Shocks boots also. For the money I paid I guess I expected to wear them for more than 7 months. I dont think I would buy them again unless Wolverine changes the soles to a more durable style.

When comfort counts, these boots will not let you down. I have climbed valleys and hills in these and am very please with the performance and durability of these Wolverine work boots. They get an A+ from me, in comfort.

I had these boots shipped to me in...

I had these boots shipped to me in Alaska last year when I was working with the pipe line. Now that I am home, in Montana, the same boots are serving me well here. Very comfortable boot, and well made. I am ordering my son a pair now.

Here in New England we need good work...

Here in New England we need good work boots for all types of weather. These Wolverines has got the others beat. The gore tex water proofing is fantastic. Plenty of toe room, and super comfortable.
