pleasantly surprised about construction and quality of pella jacket...

I was pleasantly surprised by the construction of this Pella lined hooded jacket. This was my first Pella jacket and I would easily suggest this jacket for anyone. It has a nice soft, warm lining and spacious pockets on the inside. The outside canvas material is very rugged and the front zip closure is heavy duty. We recently has a record cold snap here in Arizona, and while temps down in the 20's may not seem like much in many parts of the country, they are pretty severe for Phoenix. The wind just bounced right off of this coat and I stayed toasty warm with only a golf shirt on under it. The point is, I work in a steel manufacturing plant so the clothes I wear to work need to be rugged. After a couple of years on the job my Pella apparel is still fighting the good fight, with only minor signs of wear and tear. It has stood up to a thermal cutting, welding and machining environment and still looks reasonably good. If it ever needs replacing I wont have a problem buying Pella again.
