Real good boot...

I first purchased a pair of these several years ago from a safety shoe truck at a power plant first thought was great for going threw the metal detectors (no problem). After a very short break in period I found them to be a very comfortable boot that held up for several years. In fact the only reason I purchased a new pair is that the heel wore at an angle (a problem I have with all boots) like I said this took several years and miles for sure. As for the rest of the boot even the inside held up great probabley as good as any I have owned.

The Perfect All Day Wear Boot!...

I am a Meter Reader so I 'm on my feet for well Over 8 hrs a day and to top it off, I have to wear steel toes. In the past, I've had difficulty with the heaviness, lack of durability, and simply finding a boot that fits my foot comfortably. I found it all in the Thorogood Composite Boot. It has an extra thick padding so I'm able to wear my boot all day without foot pain at the end of a workday. It fits excellent around my ankle. My knees arent hurting because Thorogood Composite are light-weight. Through snow storms to hot days, my feet never got wet or were sweaty. It's been over a year and I'm happy I made the purchase. I look forward to my pair!
