Incredibly Waterproof...

This is hands down the most waterproof jacket I've ever owned. I've walked several miles in pouring rain, had gutters dump on my head, and even fallen in puddles before - this Carhartt jacket keeps the water out every single time. It's a little stiffer than lower quality rain jackets, but it's well worth it for the waterproofing. There are plenty of pockets that provide ample space for anything you might wish to carry (or keep dry), and the color is a nice muted green that isn't as obnoxious as the yellow or orange that this jacket also comes in.
