seems a bit silly, but works great!...
By: brianeugne
I felt a bit silly the first time I wore this, but that wore off when I immediately realized how practical it is. I wear it while cycling during the winter and it's great for regulating temperature. I pull it up if I'm cold to protect my face, and I can slide it down if I start getting too warm. Furthermore, I don't like walking into a store or business with my face concealed, and this makes it easy to transition quickly. It's a great product!

Convenient alternative to a scarf...
By: hfra
If you're looking to keep your neck warm without adding the bulk of a scarf, this is perfect. The acrylic material is warm, machine washable, and perfect for anyone with a wool allergy. Plus, it's easy to move between covering just your neck or including your face, adding flexibility.

A great invention...
By: Eric
I was talking to my wife tonight about how we spend so much on coats, but my torso, even if I'm not wearing a heavy jacket, rarely gets cold. Maybe it's just me, but I feel like if I could keep my hands, feet, head, and face warm, then I could otherwise walk around in a t-shirt (well, maybe not a t-shirt, but you catch my meaning).
There are plenty of good products for covering your feet, hands, and head, many of them available elsewhere on this site, but this is one of the best at being functional and covering the part of my face that gets the coldest. It sits below your chin when you need a scarf, and pulls up to cover your chin, mouth and the tip of your nose, when you need an extra bit of warmth. It's more functional than a ski mask (or balaclava, depending on where you're from), and has the bonus of not making you look like a bank robber.
