A good compromise between dressy and durable...

This shirt, like I said, is a good compromise between dressing up and the comfort/wearability of tactical wear. Because I have a 37" sleeve, the large size sleeves are too short, but since I layer it under a coat anyway, I don't mind. That, or I push up the sleeves when I don't have a coat. I would like to have seen this 5.11 shirt be a little thicker, though - the fabric is nice, but it seems a little thin for warmth if you need it. Layering is always an option though since it does have those easy to layer wide sleeves.
