These Stabilicers lite snow cleats are compact, easy to take on and off, and relatively discrete when they are on the shoes. And the blue color is a nice change from the normal color offerings. The 32 North Cleats have pretty good grip when used on ice, but they don't offer much of an improvement when used in fresh snow. But, they tend to fall off more than occasionally (especially going up and down steep hills) which is an annoyance. They also get really slippery when used indoors, so you'll need to take them off at the door while running errands. The cleats are not replaceable, so they will not last more than a few winters if used regularly. For me, it was worthwhile to upgrade to the Stabilicers original.
