nice middle ground in the stabilicers line-up...

They're not as heavy duty as the Stabilicers original, but they work a lot better than the Stabilicers lite. They work great on ice, and just like the "original" (but unlike the "lite"), the cleats are replaceable, so they'll last for years. You still need to take them off to go indoors, because there is nearly no traction on tile and they will put divots on wood and linoleum. My only issue with them is that the sizing is a little tricky. I think they were designed for running shoes, so the fit is a little smaller than advertised, from my experience. Make sure you try them on all the shoes that you will want to use them with before you use them outdoors.
