Long-lasting...

I've had a pair of these Wolverine W69413 nylong boot laces in my work boots for two years now, and they're still going strong. I've tried other laces in other pairs of boots and none of them have held up enough to outlast these. I'm hard on them, too - by no means are they pampered - and they still haven't given up the ghost. The black nylon they use is great because even when it gets dirty, it doesn't get discolored, and because it will match almost any boot color. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
