Best water protection available...

Sno-seal is the best waterproofer available. However, that isn't entirely positive. It seals so well, that my feet get sweatier compared to other waterproofers. I've heard from cobblers that the leather can't breath when sno-sealed and thus breaks down sooner. For anything less than hiking through streams, I recommend Obenauf's. But if you need extreme water protection, go with sno-seal. It doesn't take much to treat one pair of boots, so if you only have two or three pairs, this will be enough for a few years. A great size if you want to test it out!
