This is written in regard to Luisa's review. These mittens are made in Osage Iowa, only finished in Haiti. The thumb sewn on and the liner sewn in. I am proud to work at Fox River Mills and to make these mittens.

I really love these mittens. They are comfortable...

I really love these mittens. They are comfortable, warm and (for some unknown reason) hard to find. My original pair is many years old and I got them from an "outdoorsy store" (Eddie Bauer). Since then the combination mitts— the ones with the fingers inside, with the flip-off cover— have taken over most of the market. I don't know about you, but my fingers like to "talk" when it's cold enough to wear mittens. My only dissatisfaction is that they are made in Haiti as per the inside label.
