For hiking or motorcycling, tops in comfort and durability...

I've had a pair of Hi-Tecs leather hiking boots for several years and these boots are the best. Lightweight, waterproof and super comfortable. An added bonus is that the boots come in a half-size for the exact fit.
I've not only used these boots for hiking but also worn them for almost 12,000 miles of motorcycling. I've ridden through several rain storms and my feet stayed dry each time. I like these boots so much I'm buying another pair to use exclusively for motorcycle riding. I've tried all kinds of biker boots but keep returning to my Hi-Tecs as my "go-to" boots because they work so well and allow me to operate the shift lever and back brake easily thanks to the boot's lightweight design. Despite the overall lightness of the boot, the design of the soles are rugged enough to handle just about any surface without loss of traction.
To sum it all up: the quality and price are unbeatable.
