Good but not very breathable...

I got this vest so that when I go walking early in the morning or really late at night, I can still be seen with absolute ease. So far, this vest has done that job. I can tell this vest has a pretty high distance to reflect since I see cars slow down when they turn down my street. This vest shouldn't be worn when it's hot out or you're doing strenuous work unless you have a size bigger or something. This vest isn't mesh, so if I became winded from walking faster and started sweating, this vest only made that worse.
