Mixed emotions...

When I purchased these boots I had the suspicion that they were made in China; shame on me for not doing more research because they are. The boots are good-looking, very warm and provide excellent traction. The downside is that they have little arch support and upon their first cleaning with saddle soap began to bleed color. I would expect better from Chippewa, especially for $175.

Great boots. Am very happy with this purchase. Boots are very comfortable; didn't even have to break them in. What a comfort to have warm feet on a cold day! If only I could keep my fingers as warm as my toes.

A very nice boot...Strong,warm,grippy,h20 proof. Ive put it through soom tuff wear. This boot reminds me of my BF Goodrich All Terrain Tires.
