My husband always wears these on his hard hat. A good hint is to close the Velcro loops and you won't get laundry lint in the hooks.

The first time I saw one of these...

The first time I saw one of these was when I was working in Florida. Then moved north and forgot about it until hot summer hit. Then I thought, how do I find one of these. It didn't' take long before the Working Person site came up and a few more clicks, and here it is. I am getting a few of these, they are REALLY nice under a hard hat. Even when it 's not hot it buffers the plastic straps.
