Good traction...

Wearing these, I am amazed at how useful it is to have on a pair of shoes that not only look great, but make walking on uneven terrain incredibly easy. The shoes look a little awkward with a chunky sole, but always consider function over form or aesthetics. The Danner shoes aren't extremely comfortable, but they'll get the job done, just be wary of extended periods of time when wearing these. They are a bit pricey, but their solid construction makes up for it.
