absolutely great.. they have all the support I could ask for and are very comfortable.. I've had them for 2 years now and they still are waterproof..

I make my living by logging and hauling it around. Why these here boots are almost part of me cuz I got them all all day. I would tell you right off if they werent good. But they are take it from me.

Believe it or not, there are guys out...

Believe it or not, there are guys out there that still log the 'old fashion' way. When you are out there cutting away all day, your boots are your best friend. I like these boot a lot and they last a long time even with hard wear.

From Redwing to Danner boots...

I worked in wolverines boot for about five years then went to red wings boots for about six years, which was a good work boot but one year had a bad experience with their customer service so I started shopping around & I can tell you these Danner boots are superior. I'm in mud, concrete, snow, water, heat, cold even walking beams 40ft in the air & after about 8 months those other work boots would start hurting my back from heal ware. But not with Danner boots. My girl brought to my attention that it was time for new boots because she was use to going every 8 months to buy them, that's when I realize how great Danner boots really are this a true story from a hard working laborer from the Midwest so yes I would recommend this boot for you!

These boots reflect Danner's reputation....

The Danner 10" Black Quarry Loggers are well worth the money. They have a very supportive arch and are sturdy enough for work or general wear yet the boots are not overly heavy on the feet. My boots fit true to size. They measure 11.5 inches from bottom of heel to top of shaft. They have a very easy lacing system. They form fit to the feet after very little wear. The leather is a deep black color. The Gortex inside the work boots does wick moisture as advertised.
The lug soles offer firm footing. The soles may squeak a bit at first when I would walk around in my Danner boots, but the sound disappears quickly. After a full day's wear, I find the boots as comfortable as when I put them on. Care of the boots is easy...in most cases just wiping with a damp cloth. I also treat my boots with Leather Lotion made by Kiwi.
