Broke very quickly...

These broke the third time that I used them. My guess is that they are not meant to be used in mixed city conditions i.e. walking on patches of ice and patches of bare concrete. If it were freshly fallen snow, they might have lasted longer. As it stands, I upgraded to the more expensive Stabilicers original snow cleats and have not looked back.

Life savers. Literally....

Have you ever slipped on an icy sidewalk, bruised your tailbone, and slid dangerously toward oncoming traffic, watching your life pass before your eyes as you did, in the end barely using your flailing arms to build traction to keep you from getting hit by oncoming cars? Well...uh...neither have I. But I damn sure haven't had that problem since I started relying on Yak Trax in the winter time. Solid grip. Easy to slip over most shoes. Keeps you from busting your tail on those days when your boots aren't gripping for whatever reason (gotta get them resoled).

Fantastic product, two lovely Indiana winters underfoot with Yak Trax and still on my feet. I highly recommend to anyone not wanting a sore rear end from falling!
