not too bad of a boot...

I got this new job and had to have a non slip, steel toe boot/shoe. I thought these were a good price and don't look like work boots, and I am very pleased with them.

steel toe hiker...

I am not a fan of steel toes, but I have to have them for my job. (warehouse expediter), so I chose the Kodiak 502014 for the price, but when I got them on, I found them to very comfortable and I don't notice the steel toe much at all.

Solid Shoe!...

This is a very solid pair of shoes for the price. I paint tennis courts for a living (for a good 11 years now) and have never found a pair of shoes that could last me a whole season (5 months). I bought these last year, and I technically could wear them for another season (minus the ridiculous amount of weight added by layers of paint that I have walked through throughout the season.) I also have a review for the soles of the shoe. All other shoe soles that I have put to the test have all melted down the the point of no tread. No even a chance with this shoe. Great manufacturing. I do suggest an insert for support for over 20 miles a day, EXCELLENT shoe all around!
