THESE BOOTS ARE THE BEST AND CAN TAKE A BEATING!IM NOT EASY ON MY FOOTWEAR AT ALL AND VERY FUSSY WHEN IT COMES TO BOOTS.I HAVE HAD 3 PAIRS OVER THE LAST 5-6 YEARS THE SOLES WEAR OUT TO BE FLAT THATS WHEN I KNOW ITS TIME FOR NEW ONES THEY ARE HOWEVER GETTING HARDER TO FIND?I HOPE THEY DONT DISC.THE 1199 I LOVE THIS BOOT VERY CUMMFY.EVEN WHEN NEW OUT OF BOX.RECOMEND TO ANYONE WHO WANTS A GREAT BOOT,WONT BE DISAPOINTED!!!!!

I will agree with the previous reviewer. I work as an Industrial Electrician, my boots usually last 6 months. Typically the soles breakdown, and sometimes the boots themselves will give out. This Wolverine is a year old and still looks and feels good.
They do not overheat me in the summer, and in winter they keep my feet quite warm.

Work in Philly for IBEW do a lot of walking around theses Wolverine work boots keep my feet comfortable all day long; not to heavy; long lasting. They are great boots.
