I bought this about 2 weeks ago and I have found it to be comfortable, and most importantly; when I got hit by a rainstorm, the perferations protected my head.
The thing I didn't care for was the leather tie that keeps it on your head in the wind, but that's easily removed. It's very reasonably priced, it looks good, and it springs back to the original state rather quickly is nice.
Overall, I have found it to be a very good product for the price, or even 20 bucks more.
