Love these boots...
By: Joe
Ok WP, you guys did great, excellent service and honored your 120% price guarantee - thanks for being a company of integrity. You guys are the best. Now on to the boots, great fit. I have been wearing Red Wings for 20 years and decided that they had priced themselves out of my price range. A friend recommended I get some Corcoran Jump boots. I was not sure about the sizing so I called Corcoran and they helped me in selecting the correct size. I measure a 10 EE in RW and ordered a 9.5 EE of the Corcorans - excellent fit as the Corcorans do run a half size long. The width seemed a little narrower than the RWs but still a good fit - snug but not too tight. The lightweight polyurethane outsoles are great, doesn't even feel like I am wearing a boot. The quality of the leather is good too, a little on the stiff side, which will require some breaking in, but that is to be expected with high quality leather. Overall I am very impressed with the quality of service that I have received from both WP and Corcoran and very pleased with this boot. I ordered the Corcoran 1510 Historic Brown boots and will post my review on those also. Thanks WP

Joe

These boots are worth every penny!...
By: Edgar
If you are looking for heavy duty long lasting boots for work or just want them for casual wear, I would really recommend these boots. And for a descent price, its worth it. I purchased these boots about 3 years ago and up until today they are still in great shape. I work in an automotive shop and with all the grease, oil, and dirt all around the place they still manage to stay shiny just like in the picture. I rarely have time to polish my boots because I have such a hectic schedule but even though, I have gone months without polishing them and they still look like new! And I also wear them from day to day bases with my casual clothing. But regardless I still manage every now and then to keep my boots looking smooth. I know some people might be concern about the cracking (since it is leather) but don't have any fear about that. The boots are made for long lasting so it'll take years before you start to see any cracks. I would, however, recommend also and take in consideration to get AT LEAST a half size bigger. And I say this because different boots are made of different material and some expand and some don't. I ordered a 9.5, and don't get me wrong, I LOVE MY BOOTS, but it did take a while to break them in and it felt tight on my foot for the first couple days. So I would suggest JUST a half size bigger. No more. If you're a 10 get 10.5 or a 9 get 9.5 and so on. But other then that, I hope my feedback helped in any way and good luck with your shopping.

I bought a pair of these boots in...
By: Tom
I bought a pair of these boots in 1977 at Ft. Benning while in the Army Reserve. After I retired from the service in '92, I had these same boots fitted with Vibram soles and they became my motorcycle boots. They lasted through 1999. Then they became my work around the yard boots until the leather finally began to crack. I got over 25 yrs service out of 'em!

Extremmly confortable and light weight...
By: Pierre Arpin
I waited one month to receive these boots and I'm not disapointed of them. Spitshining them doesn't take an eternity. They took me 2 hours to do the job and I look great when I go around with my kilt.

I could not find the exact model Corcoran...
By: simon
I could not find the exact model Corcoran boot I wanted, so WorkingPerson got them for me: the ones with speed lacing. I have now worn them for well over a year. 1) Vibram soles are nice, but I should have bought the polyurethane. I have a pair of tanker boots with poly soles and they are much more comfortable on a concrete warehouse floor all day. I will resole mine with poly when these wear out. (IF they wear out!) 2) I should have bought the side zips. While the speed lacing works well, it still is not as convenient as zips. Again, my tanker boots, with straps, go on and off much quicker. 3) The steel shanks are a must. They have saved my feet on the job. I had surgery for planar fascitis, and they don't tell you that if you continue to work on concrete floors, the condition only comes back again in about a year, so it was a waste of time and money. The steel shanks are cheaper and more effective. Nylon and fiberglass shanks do not hold up as well under repeated pounding on concrete. They tend to
