No break in time required. I wore my new pair 12 hours a day straight from the beginging and my feet felt fine. They are waterproof and size felt true. If they hold up they'll be a great pair of boots.

As a security guard I do alot of walking. Some outside, so I needed the waterproofing. These boots are excelent for comfort too.

Georgia workboots...

These boots are great. They are light weight and last a long time. The soul did come loose after over a year of daily rough and tough use. I just had it fixed and they are back to almost new. They are a great buy!

I'm working on my 2nd set of Georgia mens work boots G6003 in the last 3 years of constant use. I hike, garden, cut wood, work in the woods, fight fires as a volunteer fire fighter and wear the boots most of the time. My boots required break in time, but once they were broken in, have a comfortable fit for a boot. My wife has been wearing the same set of mens G6003 boots for going on 2 years and she likes them. My wife is not as demanding on the boots as I am, and expects to have the boots for years to come, hiking and gardening.
