good looking boots...
By: knarc565
They are truly gorgeous boots! I can honestly say they feel the most durable, and appear to be the best quality of all the cowboy boots I own. If you have ever owned Chippewa anything, you'll know what I mean, these were built to last. With that being said, the sizing is tricky. I read other comments on how to order these as I did not want to FedEx pinpong with WP trying on different sizes.
I wear a 10.5 sneaker, and a consistent 10D in a cowboy boot (rounded toe) with the exception of a 9.5D in my Justin Boots Roper with a square toe. My Dan Post boots are 10D, Justin (round toe) are 10D. In other boots (non-cowboy boot) I am a 9.5D (Danner/Rocky) duty boots and a 10D in Carolina Logging boots. I decided to listen to the advice of others, and cautiously went a HALF size down from my usual in a COWBOY boot and ordered the 9.5D and I gotta tell you, these things fit like they were made for me! I would recommend going a HALF size down from your usual cowboy boot size. I am not trying to confuse anyone, but I was measured yesterday and the little metal sliding measuring device said the actual measurement of my feet were almost an 11D! Use that info as you will, I hope you find the right size to avoid unnecessary shipping to/from WPS.

Tough as nails, beware of size notice....
By: Dan Walter
They are the best pair I have ever owned, "tough for work, but dressy". One comment I must make, "they run large" look for the notice on the website, I missed it and mine broke in a little loose.
Mine are two years old worn as work boots, on concrete every day, and still in great shape.
Don't ever discontinue these Chippewa!
