Nice to know that jackets like this can be found easily on line. This company ships fast and returns are easy too. This jacket is your average work jacket, but that's fine. The Dickies brand is one that always comes in first with me.

helpful and persistent in getting a problem fixed...

i have yet to recieve this jacket but i know i will like it what i did want to say is i accidentally entered my credit card wrong here and the morning after filling out a help ticket i recieved 3 phone calls just around 8:30am from them i had missed them so thats why there were three while some might find this annoying i believe it may have had something to do with the fact that i told them i needed this jacket for a new job either way i was pleasantly surprised to see such persistence in trying to fix "MY" mistake. thank you working persons i appreciate the amazing customer service. not to mention the person i spoke to on the phone was courteous and expedited my problem in a professional manner. i will definitely recommend WP's to others as well as be a return customer.
