HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
The Working Person Rewards Program is a way to reward your loyalty and enthusiasm as a faithful Working Person customer. Through this program, you can earn Reward Points for taking such actions as following us on a social media outlet, writing a product review, voting in a poll, watching a video, and so on. Then you can redeem those Reward Points for discounts on Working Person merchandise and other benefits. The maximum number of Reward Points you may earn during any 12-month period is 100,000 points.
WHO MAY PARTICIPATE
Employees of WP as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Program is provided to individuals only. Corporations, associations or other groups may not participate in the Program. It is fraudulent for any individual or company, association, or group to direct, encourage, or allow individuals to use a single Account for the purpose of accumulating Reward Points for combined use.MODIFICATION AND INTERPRETATION OF RULES
WP also has the sole discretion to interpret all Program rules and regulations and you hereby agree by your participation in the Program to abide by WP’s interpretations of these rules. WP’s decision to waive or modify any of these rules will not create a precedent or constitute a continuing waiver in subsequent situations.
TERMINATION OF PROGRAM
WP reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel the Program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you. Any accumulated Reward Points, product rewards and discounts will no longer be active and entitlements to the Program's existing members will cease to be available on and from that particular date. WP is not liable to inform Program members of dissolution or closing the program in the event such situation arises.
NO CASH VALUE
The Reward Points in your Account are personal to you and may not be conveyed in any way (including but not limited to by being sold, bartered, borrowed, transferred, bequeathed, willed, conveyed, assigned, shared, inherited, or divided) to any other person (including but not limited to spouses, children, family and friends) by any means (including by contract, agreement, divorce decree, or other operation of law). In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Program at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the user and must comply with these rules.
MODIFICATION OF REWARD POINT BALANCE
WP may modify the number of Reward Points in your Account based to correct mistakes or discrepancies. Each Account holder is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of his/her Account and is encouraged to check his/her Account regularly. If you have questions or concerns about your Account balance, you must contact WP regarding same within 60 days of the transaction giving rise to the disputed number of Reward Points. WP will have no obligation to correct Reward Point balances that it deems to be accurately stated or that are disputed after 60 days. WP’s decisions regarding the awarding of Reward Points are final and binding. Earned Reward Points that are subsequently determined to be invalid for any reason are subject to disqualification and will be removed from your Account.
Rewards Points are subject to periodic resets to occur at the discretion of WP. 60 days notice will be given by email prior to any Rewards Points reset. Members who have been active within the rewards program in previous 90 days from the date of reset will be excluded from the points reset and be allowed to keep their current Rewards Points balance. Criteria to be considered "active" within the program is as follows: (a) Member has logged into their rewards account on workingperson.com within 90 days prior to points reset. (b) Member has earned a reward in the 90 days prior to points reset. (c) Rewards account was created within 90 days prior to points reset. (d) Member opts to keep their points using the links provided in the email messages notifying of the impending points reset. (e) Member has made a purchase in the 90 days prior to points reset. Upon reaching the specific date of points reset all inactive rewards accounts will have their current Rewards Points balance reduced to zero.
Discounts earned through Program are limited to one discount per order and are not eligible to stack together. Military discount is automatically applied to all orders once an Account has had a military affiliation verified by the third party TroopID service. WP is not associated with TroopID is is not responsible for inaccurate data, failure to verify military affiliation, or other issues related to TroopID. Any other discount applied to an order will replace the military discount. Military discount will automatically be re-applied if no other discounts are applicable.
By accepting Rewards Points, you agree to release and hold harmless WP and its directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, use or misuse of the Rewards Points or participation in any Program-related activity. WP is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of information, for problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated with the Program or utilized by you, for any human error, for any interruption, deletion, omission, defect, or line failure of any telephone network or electronic transmission, for problems relating to computer equipment, software, inability to access the Website or online service, or for any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL WP OR OTHER COMPANIES INVOLVED IN THE DEVELOPMENT OR EXECUTION OF THE PROGRAM ("RELEASEES") BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE PROGRAM OR MERCHANDISE OR ITEMS OFFERED THROUGH THE PROGRAM, EVEN IF ANY OR ALL OF THE FOREGOING OR ANY OF THEIR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IF WP IMPROPERLY DENIES YOU ANY REWARD POINTS, LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE EQUIVALENT AMOUNT OF REWARD POINTS. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM, YOU WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO BRING ANY CLAIM OR ACTION RELATED TO SUCH MATTERS IN ANY FORUM BEYOND ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE FIRST OCCURRENCE OF THE KIND OF ACT, EVENT, CONDITION OR OMISSION UPON WHICH THE CLAIM OR ACTION IS BASED. WP is not responsible for any products or services offered by third parties. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWABLE BY LAW, THE RELEASEES SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES OFFERED BY ANY THIRD PARTY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Program participants agree to rely solely on the manufacturer's warranties, if any, for any products redeemed through this Program.
You are responsible for the payment of all taxes, if any, which may result from the reward(s) you receive as part of the Program.
