When that time is now, you'll be glad to have a Rothco 9383 Deluxe Police Low Profile Cap. Made of 100% brushed cotton twill with a padded sweatband, this Rothco hat is comfortable and easy to wear.
The cap color is black and the lettering is bright white. When you wear it, there's no doubt you'll be recognized in a crowd. The word "police" is plastered all over this hat in a total of four locations: front panel, front of brim, top of bill, and on the velcro closure at the back. The "police" on the front panel is stitched on in raised embroidery, and the "police" on the upper brim is directly embroidered onto the cap.
In the front, a sandwich brim looks great and holds up to constant wear and tear. In the back, a sturdy hook and loop fastener allows you to adjust the hat to a comfortable fit. This hat is close-fitting and conforms to the shape of your head (thus "low profile").
