Servus Boots: Men's 16 Inch Lined Rubber Swamp Boots A383
Remember “that look” your Mom had? The one where she could bore her eyes into your soul and tell you, without a word, that her wrath was worse than death. There’s a similar mind-eye connection with boots. You can look into their sole and KNOW whether they’re going to deliver. Just one look at the bottoms of these Servus A383 Men’s Swamp Boots, and you know they mean business.
The rust-hued outsole of these black Servus stompers features a beveled bar tread design with a cleated heel. These features work together to help you bite into your terrain with each step. The steel shanks protect the underside of your feet when you’re climbing a ladder or slamming your feet down on a shovel edge.
Made with durable, ozone-resistant rubber, these boots are built to last. They’re also built to keep you dry. With 16 inches of height, these stompers give you full waterproof coverage. The flexible, hand-layered construction ensures durability and a comfortable fit that lets your feet move naturally.
If you’re leery of the “stick” of rubber boots, you’ll appreciate that these boots are lined with fabric. The fabric lining makes the boots more durable AND makes it easier to get them on and off. There’s also a built-in cushioned insole, which pads your feet at every angle to help absorb the impact of your terrain.
These Servus A383 Men’s Swamp Boots will stare the weather and the work floor into submission. Get your pair today and get serious about your walk.

Perfect garden and yard boots...
I used to take old shoes that were almost completely worn out and use them in the garden and for yard work, because they would get trashed anyway. No more. These boots are very reasonably priced and they make perfect garden, yard, and farm boots. I slip them on first thing in the morning when I go out to feed the chickens, I use them when I do my planting and landscaping, when I do my weeding in the garden, for just about everything I do outside. They're great in the rain, obviously, and they will probably be perfect snow boots, too. The only change I made was putting in different insoles, which I do with all my boots. My two criteria for buying things are 1) is it useful? and 2) is it worth the cost? The answer to both, in this case, is a resounding yes. I wish I had discovered these sooner. Oh, and the steel shank is a plus, as well, as it also provides excellent support.

Update: Wife likes 'em, too...
After wearing these for several months and finding them extremely useful and comfortable, I decided to order a pair for my wife, as well. I knew it was taking a risk, as she's very picky. She had a pair of "girly" garden boots she picked up from another big catalog company (hint: they're in Maine, and yes, I like them, too) that had developed multiple cracks over time and she continued wearing them until it started to drive me crazy. The young woman at Working Person was very helpful about translating her woman's boot size into a mens size for me and I took the plunge. Well, she loves these Servus boots. She finds them comfortable and durable and useful to slip on quickly when she leaves the house to walk the dog or pick up some wood for the fire, etc. For the money, these are a great value and if mine ever wear out, I intend to get another pair at once. They don't have "girly" graphics on them, but hey, if you really need those, maybe you can pick up some decals or dress 'em up with glitter paint or something. (My wife is perfectly okay with them the way they are.)
