Sof Sole Insoles: Women's PLANTARFW Black and Yellow Plantar Fasciitis Insoles
If you don't know what plantar fasciitis is, you're lucky. This is tendon pain in the foot that feels as though you're being hit directly in the heel with a hammer, and it's just as terrible as it sounds. Sof Sole Black/Yellow Plantar Fasciitis Women's Insoles are designed to relieve that pain and prevent it in the first place.
Plantar fasciitis occurs when you just put too much pressure on your heels. All types of people, from athletes to the elderly, may experience this type of pain. You see, feet aren't perfect. They need a certain amount of cushioning and support because the ground below is just too hard.
These Sof Sole insoles give you that support and cushioning in an easy-to-wear design. These orthotic insoles are made to fit the natural curves and contours of the foot. The 3/4 length design won't take up a lot of space, but it will soak up a whole lot of stepping impact.
The design includes a plantar relief bridge that gives your arches support while wearing these yellow/black insoles. The heel cup is made for stability and motion control. There's gel in the heel to prevent heel spurs, plantar fasciitis and a host of other foot problems. It's all crafted from lightweight but durable nylon composite plate material.
Sof Sole Black/Yellow Plantar Fasciitis Women's Insoles protect you from foot pain. What else is there to say?

These inserts made my feet hurt...
I have never had heel pain and I don't have plantar fasciitis. I wanted a good arch support. I was under the impression that these inserts would offer good, stable support and take the pressure off the balls of my feet and toes. I wore them on top of current insoles and then without. My heels have never, ever hurt but they sure did with these. Also my ankles hurt too. Ordered a pair of men's for my husband, who has heel pain, he likes his, so evidently these are not for everyone.
If you don't have plantar fasciitis I would consider a different insert.
