They say you have to be nuts to work in the kitchen of a busy restaurant. That’s not exactly true, but it does help tremendously to wear our Spring Step Men's Berman White Slip-Resistant Oxfords. You work on a cement floor that’s always slippery from spilled liquids and grease residue. The thermal plastic/rubber outsoles on these shoes are oil- and slip-resistant so you’re not sliding around like your co-workers who insist on wearing regular sneakers.
You spend long hours on your feet, so you depend on the thickly padded, anatomically-shaped textile and partial leather insole for arch support and shock absorption. The soft, textile lining gives you much needed protection against abrasions that can cause blisters and calluses. Our Spring Step Men's Berman White Slip-Resistant Oxfords even have a padded collar to cushion the tops of your feet.
