The Thorogood 834-6188 Commando II-The Deuce Black 6-Inch Waterproof Lace-Up Boot is one of the Thorogood Uniform line made by the Weinbrenner Shoe Company. They are great boots made for the professional who needs specialized protection.
This totally non-metallic Thorogood 834-6188 Men's Black 6-Inch Waterproof Lace-Up Boot is made with black full grain and Action leather uppers with 1200 Denier nylon inserts that provide air circulation. They are lined with two-zone wicking mesh, and are made with the Thoro>dri Waterproof System, a waterproof breathable membrane with waterproof taped seams. These boots have removable two-density polyurethane "shock zone" shoe inserts with air flow vents for breathable comfort and padding. They have a composite shank, and are made with cement construction-the soles are cemented to the shoe. The Thorogood 834-6188 has special features, too. They are compliant for blood born pathogens-no blood that you step on, or that is spattered on your boots will get to your skin. These boots are non-marking, slip-resistant and waterproof.
