These bad-boy Boots are made out of flame- and heat-resistant rubber so that even when those flames are lickin', you'll keep on tickin'. But you'd be useless to the crew if you couldn't hold your own, so the Thorogood Hellfire Boots have a vulcanized rubber "traction lug" outsole and a steel triple ladder shank for extra stability and traction. And when you're battling full-size fires, these Fire Boots won't let something like a trivial exposed nail stop you because the stainless steel puncture-resisting bottom plate midsole lets you keep your mind focused on the bigger picture.
When you're bragging to the boys about all of the hard-core protection on the outside of the Thorogood Hellfire Boots, don't tell them about the luxurious comfort on the inside or they might call you a softie. That's because this Flame-Resistant Boot is lined with 3.5 mm of soft polyester felt with extra reinforcements around the heel for extra padding. Not that you need it though, because the removable footbed is made out of lightweight polyurethane and covered with Superknit to keep you super comfortable.
