It's pretty easy to find work boots with technology and construction for those who work on their feet. But wouldn't you rather have a pair of boots that work with your feet, no matter what they're doing? You don't just stand on the job, but sit, squat and stroll, too. The Thorogood 804 4580 Men's 10 Inch Wellington Safety Toe EH Boots are designed with all those activities and more in mind.
The dark brown leather is tough full-grain, known for its sumptuous strength and sheen. The root beer shade has depth thanks to the tumbled, slightly pebbled texture. Lace-free and designed in the Wellington style, these boots are made for easy on-off action.
Comfort weave lining softly surrounds feet. Dual-density polyurethane, lightweight and shock-resistant, was used to create the cushioned footbeds. Shock Zone inserts help reduce impact. Smelly feet? No problem the footbeds are removable for quick cleaning (and odor control).
More polyurethane was used in the dual-density black soles, a Soft Streets design with slip-resisting tread for traction. The soles are also oil-resistant, reducing chemical corrosion. Lightweight, non-metal fiberglass was used to create the supporting shanks. Direct-injection construction holds it all together with a flexible seal.
Thorogood 804 4580 Men's 10 Inch Wellington Safety Toe EH Boots, made in the U.S., have ASTM F 2413-05 M/I/75/C/75 steel toes to protect your tender foot areas. They are also tested to meet CAN/CSA-Z195 18,000 volts electrical shock-resistance standard. Electrical Hazard protection guards you against open circuits and other workplace dangers. These boots are designed to help you with all the jobs your feet take you through, not just some of them.
