These met-guard boots have been made with steel toes that meet ASTM F 2413-05 F/I/75/C/75/Mt/75 steel toe regulations. Patented Areomet technology is used for their met guard protection. This means theses Thorogood women's safety shoes cushion the instep with foam and airbags (shock absorbing materials) to provide maximum comfort and protection in access of ANSI MT/75 standards.
They are also Electrical Hazard tested and certified, meeting CAN/CSA-Z195 18,000 volts electrical shock resistance standards. Additionally, these safety toe boots are American made by an ISO 9001 Certified Shoe Company.
The construction of these women’s safety toe boots consists of direct inject soles that are chemically bond the black full-grain leather uppers to the SoftStreets Dual Density polyurethane slip-resistant outsoles. The shanks on these women's metguard boots are made from engineered c omposite to assist in providing your feet with arch support.
