It is the best work boot because of the materials, design and construction Wesco uses. Wesco knows that not only should you have the best in materials on the outside of the boot but on the inside as well. That is why the upper boot consists of full grain leather as well as a rolled-leather top facing and a leather heel base. On the inside of the boot you will find a sweat-resistant full-leather insole, a full leather mid-sole, a leather heel counter and a full-leather gusset for extra reinforcement and expansion.
To further insure top quality in this work boot, Wesco uses branded compents known to be the best. For example, the sturdy Vibram sole and heel by Dupont features a higher level of performance and durability; the Ortholite Drilex Comfort Foam Slip-in inserts provide added dryness and comfort.
Heavy white stitching on the leather pieces add extra strength and stability while the solid brass studs and eyelets add stability and endurance to the boot because they will not bend. For additional support of the arch Wesco uses a non-corrosive steel shank.
