Your Mom always told you to wear a winter hat and because you're searching for one at the Working Person means you're a good kid and heeded her well-meant advice somewhere along the way. Good for you! Now, we've got what's good for your head: the Wigwam F4478 Thermax Winter Cap. Mom would be proud.
You see, not all hats are created equal and not all hats perform the same way. What's unique about this Wigwam F4478 cap is that it uses hollow core fibers to trap the warm air circulating around your head while at the same time transporting moisture to the outer layer. That just means you'll have a nice and warm dry head. Ooh, that sounds so cozy!
Even cozier, the Thermax polyester fits snugly soft on your noggin, no matter how big and bulbous or small and delicate it is. American-made and just what you need, this Wigwam F4478 Thermax Winter Cap would make any Mom proud.

Great hat for its purpose....
I wear my Wigwam hat on days where temperatures are in the 30s/40s and it performs perfectly. This is not a hat I would wear when it is 10 below zero, but that is not what it is intended for. These also fit under a hardhat. Overall I am very happy with mine, no durability issues, comfortable, wicks moisture well... Just don't expect a hardcore winter hat. I've probably got 6 hats in my work bag and this one performs as well as any at its function.

Warm, but not windproof...
This hat has a lot going for it- it's warm, long enough to stretch down and cover your ears, and expands to fit my big head. The expanding is my only complaint though, the hat feels like it isn't quite as tightly knit as I'd like and the wind blows right through it. Combined with a hardhat liner to stop the wind it does a great job, and is a good match for days where it's cold but the wind isn't kicking up too hard.
