Customer Reviews For Wolverine 3159 Durashocks 6 Inch Steel-Toe Work Boots
Knowing how important protecting my knee and ankle joints are, the DuraShock feature really caught my attention. My feet sweat so the DriLex lining was also important. Since I'm in and out on the job and walking through a variety of fluids: water, tap fluid, oil, etc., the Slip Resistant sole was a must. I am exposed to rain occasionally so waterproof is important. Even though these boots aren't waterproof, I new I would be purchasing a good leather dressing to protect my investment and I knew that the waterproofing would be taken care of there as well.
Since my parents handled the purchasing end of things, their experience with WorkingPerson.com was Excellent! They were so detailed with follow-up emails informing the status of the order. The boots arrived exactly on the day that was mentioned. To know that I was ordering the right size, I found a local store that sells Wolverine boots and just tried them on. Even though they weren't the exact same boot, I was assured by the salesperson that Wolverine's sizes remain consistant. When I received the boots, they fit perfectly, just like in the store.
These boots live up to their name and specifications...I Love Them! With all the boots out there to choose from, I hope this has helped you. I would and already have recommended these boots to others.
Thank you for your time,
Garth
“The manner in which you responded shows marked regard for your customer. I always tell my daughters that in many ways, we all "vote with our wallets", in choosing where to spend your money and the messages we send with who we choose to do business with matters. It's something that I feel like is an often overlooked aspect of e-commerce. Too many times price wins and little else matters. While price matters, respect and honor for your customers matters as well. I feel like you have done a great job of answering my questions and offering alternatives. Thank you for that. Those actions speak to regard for the customer more than any words could.
