I was a little skeptical at first of your website, since I had never heard of it before, but you seemed to offer the widest selection and had all the brands and sizes to choose from in women's boots. With the short time-frame I had, I ordered 5 pairs, not knowing at all how the sizing ran or what the comfort of each would be. Since you advertised that you would accept returns on them, I ordered a bunch, knowing I would return all but one pair. Finally, after a second order in a smaller size of the boot I liked the best, I have a wonderful pair of boots. Your ordering process, return process, and refund process have been the best I have ever experienced in on-line stores. Thank you for your quality, speed of service, and easy-to-use web site. I was even more impressed when I recently received a hand-addressed envelope with my refund slip in it. Wow...
