The non-removable full-cushion footbed is padded to absorb shock and provide comfort. Even a superhero needs comfort. The fiberglass shank is lightweight and stable, weighing 75% less than steel shanks. That means less fatigue for you at the end of the day when energy may be an issue. The uppers are sewn directly to the rubber non-marking, oil- and slip-resistant soles using direct attach construction. These boots are assembled in the USA and are rated for electrical hazard and meet or exceed the ASTM F2413-05 M I/75 C/75 standards for steel toe boots.
