Wolverine Boots: Men's 10306 Composite Toe Waterproof EH Work Boots
With just a cell phone, you can play a game with someone in Japan, or take a look at the North Pole to see if it's really frozen. It's the future, and the stuff we all saw in Star Trek is actually becoming a reality, so why are you wearing the same old work boots? We submit that these Wolverine 10306 Black Leather Tarmac Waterproof EH Composite Toe Men's Boots are in your future.
And though we live in very modern times, Wolverine is smart enough to know that tradition is traditional for a reason. That's why these Wolverine boots are made with waterproof leather, nothing space-age or man-made. These composite toe boots are just pure leather, the same stuff man has been wearing for centuries because leather works. It's naturally flexible and soft, able to stay pliant even when it's cold and wet. But leather is also durable, tough against wear and tear, and resistant to abrasions.
Because it's waterproof, the leather of these EH boots will even keep your feet dry while you're working (or playing on your phone). The interior is completely lined with wave mesh lining that has waterproofing PC dry technology. Lightweight mesh allows air to pass through these waterproof boots. That means it will release heat and let the cooler stuff get to your skin.
Soft, open cell polyurethane was used to create cushioning footbeds. The lightweight polyurethane weighs less than rubber, but it soaks up even more shock to prevent foot pain. Remove the lightweight footbeds of these safety toe boots anytime for quick cleaning.
Lightweight, airy EVA foam was compression-molded into the midsole layer to give you more cushioning shock-resistance when you wear these men's boots. A high-visibility reflective wrap in this layer makes these work boots easier to see. They reflect light even in dark environments, making you easier to notice (and therefore safer).
Non-metallic nylon shanks follow the line of your arches. They meet the curve in your foot to keep muscles lifted and supported while wearing these Wolverine boots. Speaking of support, the entire design rests on shock-resistant rubber soles. Durable rubber provides a solid foundation for every step. Rubber is naturally bouncy and impact-absorbent, which is just what you want your soles to be.
Cement construction securely keeps the soles of these black boots in place. This glued construction method creates a tight seal around the bottom of each boot to keep moisture out. The soles are tested to meet EH standards for electrical resistance. They absorb electricity, insulating you against this danger.
Wolverine’s CarbonMAX composite safety toes finish off the design. These Tarmac boots protect your feet just as well as steel toe caps, and meet ASTM F2413-11 M I/75 C/75 standards for impact-resistance, but they’re half the weight of steel toes. CarbonMAX toes are made with non-conductive carbon fiber material that won’t transfer electricity to your body.
Wolverine 10306 Black Leather Tarmac Waterproof EH Composite Toe Men's Boots are made with the best of future technology and traditional materials.

Not Up To Expectations....
I am a union electrician working on a large construction site east of Atlanta working 5/10's. I needed another pair of steel toed boots as they are required PPE on the jobsite. Reading the product description of these boots I thought they were going to be heavier duty than they turned out to be. I'm working outside on dirt and gravel and I can feel every rock I step on. Wore them for 2 weeks and then bought a pair of Thorogood boots to replace them with much better results. Now the Wolverine boots are used for lighter duty indoor work and mowing the lawn.
